Returns Policy

Textbooks may be returned for a full refund at the Campus Store for a limited time.  The return policy allows textbook returns until the second week of class for the fall and spring semesters, and during the first days of class for summer and intersession.  Please see the bottom of your store receipt for specific return deadlines.  New texts can be returned with receipt in new condition, without marks, software seals and shrink-wrap intact.  To avoid problems returning textbooks, keep your receipt in a safe place, do not mark, highlight or alter your books until after the add-drop period and you are sure that you have the correct books for your class.  The Campus Store will not accept returns for books purchased for prior semesters or from other stores or websites.

Clothing and gift merchandise can be returned within 30 days with receipt.  Software and study guide sales are final.
